Best graphic card under 7,500 /-

I've just bought a new PC loaded with AMD FX6300, ASUS M5A97 R2.0 & 8 GB Corsair Vengeance series RAM, with it I bought ASUS AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5450 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card which is not able to handle even NFS Most Wanted 2012.

So please suggest me a better graphic card that can handle games like B4 & Rivals and as I'm a graphic designer too i'd also like one that can work well with Photoshop, Premier & 3Ds max.

I've spent a lot on this PC so can just go for Rs.7500 max.

With an asus hd 5450 after overclocking u should be able to play the nfs .
A card under that range in India will be the Sapphire Hd 7770 1GB Gddr5 Available at flipkart for 7499 with a cs global offensive, a mousepad and a bioshock
infinite.
