Planning on upgrading to two GTX 760 4GB GPU's. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) Specs say 500W PSU or better to run a single card. I currently have a 750W Rosewill PSU. Would this handle both these cards or should upgrade my PSU as well?

A good quality 750W power supply is fine for two GTX 760 cards.
Rosewill make some great power supplies and some rubbish ones. What is the model?
Unless you already own one or both of these graphics cards, a single GTX 970 would be a better choice.

Guess I was wrong its a 700W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... thats the model. Reason I'm getting 2 GTX 760's is because I can upgrade them one at a time and do it sooner. If I save for the 970 I wont be able to get it for a few months. I may actually only settle for one. Just looking at my options.

I had to dig through a few sites. The +12V rating is 56A.
I can't find any detailed reviews on this supply.
I would recommend a minimum rating of 53A with two of these cards and a 125W CPU (typical AMD), 49A with a 88W CPU (typical Intel).
With a supply of questionable quality, this is probably cutting it fine.

If you already have the supply, getting a single card will be fine and you can get a better supply if you buy a second card.
If the GTX 970 is too expensive, consider the Radeon R9 280X as a good alternative in between.

Thank you for the quick responses and the feedback! I will look into the things suggested. :)
