If I do a test boot from outside my pc case with my motherboard, psu, ram and cpu/coolerandheatsink installed, as you have to touch the PW pins with a screwdriver to short them (to turn them on) how am i supposed to turn it off?

do i just switch the back off my psu or just rip out the plug or how?
