Hey guys,

I plan on building a PC when I get the funds to do so and Ive been sent one build from another user and I have made one. I would like to know which of the two would be better for playing Arma 3, CS:GO, DayZ, WoW and possibly streaming some of these games too.

My Build - http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Inserenity/saved/#savedbui...

Users Build - http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/zYpTFT

Or a new building with a combination of the two? All i request is a monitor and no OS because I am sure I could find another way to get it.

Thank you. :)

Sound card is unnecessary, onboard audio is just as good.

Both power supplies are tier 3:

These are ok, but not great.
Antec HCG 620 is good value in Australia for a very good supply.
Otherwise, look at tier 1 or 2 on the list above.

If considering streaming, Nvidia is better because of ShadowPlay.
If you can afford an extra $100, the new GTX 970 is a much better card than the GTX 770.

Thank you very much. Although this is quite out of my budget does this look better? http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Inserenity/saved/#savedbui... i didn't know what you meant by Nvidia Card because when I searched for it and looked through the graphics card I only saw MSI and whatnot, no Nvidia for some reason. Is this better though?

"GeForce" cards have an Nvidia chipset. "Radeon" cards have an AMD chipset. These companies don't make the actual graphics card, these are made by manufacturers like MSI.

The build looks very good.
Some small notes:
One of the build you originally linked had a Seagate Barracuda hard drive rather than the Western Digital Caviar Blue. I think the Barracuda is a better drive.
The sound card you have chosen is a low end sound card. Many motherboards have better quality sound than this.
Remove the "Asus Xonar DG" and "Asus Z87-A" and instead add this:
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z87pro

You don't need the sound card. This is "Asus Xonar DG" in your build.

I put his together for you at PC Case Gear. They are based in Melbourne and ship all around Australia:

I have left the case out as this is a personal preference. Choose a case you like. If it has only a single fan at the rear, add another at the front.

Thanks heaps :D  How is this looking now? http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Inserenity/saved/#savedbui... a fair bit out of my price range but i guess i'll just have to save some more. Is all this here EVERYTHING I need parts wise to get started as soon as I buy what in the build and get it shipped out here to Australia?

Don't buy this overseas, use an Australian store. Postage will kill any saving you make and you will have a hard time with warranty.
Choosing the parts on an American website isn't much good either as the prices are different and you will make different decisions. Also older parts like the motherboard and CPU you have chosen may not be available.
Have a look at the PC Case Gear build above.
