I'm looking at buying a new mouse. I have $40 currently but I can go to about $60. A place nearby mine is selling the Razer Abyssus for $32, and $39 for the 2014 edition. The Deathadder also costs $44 there, but I've heard the SteelSeries Sensei is a good mouse and they are selling them for $62. I need help on if I should save for the Sensei, get a Deathadder 2013 or Abyssus.

I'd need it mainly for CS:GO, surfing the web, graphical design and day-to-day casual gaming

Cheers, Ninja.

Deathadder 2013, or the rival from steelseries.
Best mice for fps I would say, although I broke my deathadder within 3 months. :| Wouldn't reccomend the deathadder anymore seens how easy it broke on me. Rival feels solid and quality.

That's because Razer mice are cheap and break easy. Logitech mice are the most durable

The place nearby is selling the G402 for $49, but I'm assuming it's not the Hyperion or are all the G402's the same?

I have the older model Deathadder and find it great.
Comparing the Abyssus and DeathAdder 2013: the DeathAdder is a little larger, has thumb buttons which can be very useful, has better tracking and has better ergonomics.
The only advantage of the Abyssus is that it can be used left or right handed, but it isn't like you suddenly change hands. You can buy the DeathAdder is left or right handed editions.
Of these two, I would definitely choose the DeathAdder.

Clarification : The G402 is the Proteus at the place near mine. Not a fan of the look, from what I've heard I'll get the 2013 Deathadder. Thanks for all the input

The G402 Hyperion and the G502 Proteus are different mice. I personally don't like the Proteus either but the G402 looks awesome
