going to build a gaming computer under indian rupees 80000.

I live in India and i was looking to buy a gaming computer under inr 80000. The pc will be used for heavy gaming , some 3d modelling , video editing etc. The folowing are the sites from where I will buy the parts:

Majority of the parts are available on it depot(site no.1) . the other two sites are just alternates.
I would like to keep my pc under Rs.80000 and this does not includes the monitor. please reccomend me a monitor too. It should be below 25000. Please either reccomend me 1440p monitor or a 2/3 monitor setup.

I have choose the I7 as you are into editing and rendering for gaming i7 is not required.

I would have chosen the gtx 970 but its not properly available in India and few which are available are extremely overpriced about 600$ or 36000/- for gtx 970 which is almost twice the price of USA (329$).

If you choose 1440p monitor then you will get 40 - 50 % performance reduction in games with a single card so get a 27 inch 1080p monitor.
