GL2450 monitor screen flickering

Hey, guys! So I have GL2450, and the screen is flickering ever since I bought it. I thought it was normal at first, but it's certainly not, and it's very annoying. I have tried setting frequency to 75 hz, but then everything stretches out of the screen (but it actually reduces the flickering dramatically). The monitor is connected through a dvi adapter. Help me please, I really can't afford buying a new monitor right now.

Well it's the only monitor I have connected to my PC ever, although I've tried connecting the TV to my pc through HDMI, and it didn't flicker at all. And I think I have connected everything to the right ports, there's not much to choose from anyway, the monitor only works if I connect the monitor's vga cable to the dvi adapter, and then connect it to the only fitting port on my pc. If I just connect it to VGA, it says "No signal available". My graphics card is GTX 780, if it's relevant.

I have, but nothing helps the flickering. If I try changing the "Input" setting to DVI from D-Sub, it just changes back afterwards, without showing any error or anything.
