I bought a msi ge70 2pe apache pro yesterday and i thought i would put a screen protector just in case. I decided to go with glossy one that blocks UV that costed quite a bit(2500 NT or around 84 US dollars including the protection for the cover and for the piece under the keyboard) but when i got home i noticed a couple of irregular lines(not straight or curved) or scratches on the screen that when lit has the colors of a stuck pixel(a mix of red, green and blue) but when screen is turned off they look black. I was wondering if thats just hair that got stuck under the screen protector when it was installed but the curve is a bit irregular so it doesn't seem like hair but when the screen is turned off they look black so maybe, or scratches on the screen protector or the screen itself and if there's a way to know since the laptop is new and i have to travel abroad with it soon. Also i was planning to remove the screen protector to check for sure but i'm not sure if it will leave behind sticky residue or some bad aftereffect on the screen and i probably won't attach another screen protector if i remove it so i wasn't sure if it was a good idea but the scratches in bright vivid colors are really annoying specially because one is near the mid of the screen.

Also on a side note how do i turn on the touch screen for windows 8.1? even if i probably won't use it its good to know.

Thanks in advance
