Is this a Decent PC Gaming Build?

Hey im gonna buy parts and buid a gaming pc, just wondering if any recommendations or suggestions to the build?

GPU:MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti Gaming Overclocked 2GB Video Card
CPU:Intel Core i5 4460 Quad Core LGA 1150 3.2GHz CPU Processor
MOTHERBOARD:MSI Z97M-G43 Intel LGA 1150 Motherboard
HARDDRIVE:Seagate ST3000DM001 3TB Barracuda Desktop HDD 3.5” 7200RPM SATA3 Hard Drive
RAM: 8GB
POWER:Thermaltake SMART 550W 80Plus Bronze Power Supply
OPTICAL:LG 24x Internal SATA OEM DVD Burner Drive GH24NSB0

There are a few things I would change. One, you have an overclockable motherboard but a locked processor, you can change either to better compliment the other, the less expensive way to go would be an H87, H97 or B85 motherboard for the i5-4460.
8Gb of ram tells me very little, dual channel kit? frequency? latency?
The GTX 750 Ti is IMO a bare minimum card to get gaming on but with it, you could drop your PSU wattage to 350W-450W (might be some savings there)

Wow, what a co-incidence, we both nearly have the same specs. Yes, I've been checking our specs on the recommended specs on games such as BF4,Thief 4,TitanFall and Metro and we can go High settings depending on the resolution.
