ovrclocking a i5 4690k to 4.5ghz ?

hi i just bought a i5 4690k and a asrock z97 extreme 6 motherboard can anyone give me some hints on how to overclock to 4.5 - 4.6 ghz in bios please ?

Can start by looking up an OC guide for your mobo and CPU through google. Also believe the Rock mobo comes with software that allows you to OC, can take screenshots of your BIOS at stock, then take shots of it after you use the software to see what changes the software made and then progress from there
