I have

AMD Radeon HD 8650G + 8750M Dual Graphics

HD 8650G is integrated and 8750M is on graphic card, right?. 1+1=2

but why does GPU-Z say that i have ATi CrossFire: THREE GPUs enabled?

whats the third GPU???

This is a AMD crossfire rig, with the 8650G being built right into the AMD APU chip, My guess is you have a Hewlett Packard special or another AMD APU AX(likely A10, possibly the 5750M)...I have the exact same GPU system, an HP Envy 15 Notebook...For the the GPUs you really only have 2, but it will show up with the 8750M twice, and the second time with the 8650G+8750M(Crossfire)....I've never relied on GPUz for my information, just my stock system Information tool suits me...
