I have Z68 chipset mainboard. I setup OS to SSD and SSD isn't in raid array. If i setup raid 0 in bios,i can't use many Samsung Magician feature after installing latest intel rapid storage technology. This problem is related with program or am i doing something wrong?

More about : hdd raid single ssd

The problem is with Samsung Magician. Even though your SSD is not part of an actual RAID array, if the SATA port your SSD is connected to is in RAID mode then the software has problems recognizing it.

What is your motherboard model?

Some Z68 chipset based motherboards come with ASMedia 6Gb/s SATA ports in addition to the Intel 6Gb/s ports; unfortunately yours does not.

If your motherboard had ASMedia ports then you could have connected your HDD RAID to them, and then left your SSD on the Intel 6Gb/s port in AHCI mode, and Samsung Magician would then fully recognize your SSD.

As you said i don't have Asmedia ports so i can't do it :(

Btw, when new firmware will come, can i update my SSD without formatting drive? Yes i know, i use Raid but SSD isn't in Raid array.

Don't think you will need to format the drive; you'll have to wait and read the instructions when it comes out.

Reboot into BIOS, and change your SATA ports to AHCI mode. Save your settings and then boot into Windows.
Run Samsung Magician and the firmware update button should no longer be grayed out.

After you've confirmed whether it's still grayed out or not you can then go back into BIOS and change your SATA ports back to RAID mode so that your RAID array will be available to you.

I tried your solution now, setup AHCI mod but windows is not opened and gave me blue screen and restart my pc. I changed it Raid now but my Raid array is broken now. I can't reach them :S

Shut down your pc (not restart). Turn it back on after about 30 seconds and go into Windows Safe Mode. Select "Last Known Good Configuration" if your O/S is Windows 7. Select "Safe Mode" if your O/S is Windows 8.
