Any idea what to do?

Solution
The issue is your card. This is from the link you gave:
6 Native Mini DisplayPort outputs
2 Single-link DVI outputs (via Mini DisplayPort to DVI Adapter)
2 DisplayPort outputs (via Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort)

The DVI outputs are only single link (up to 1920x1200).
If you use a Displayport cable instead you should get the full resolution.
