It was working as smooth as can be ladtnight, I went to use it today and it was slow an unresponsive, so I restarted it, now its a black screen with a cursor, i can not get to safe mode and i can go to task manager, but it freezes there, please help. We HAVE had this problem before, and fixed it, but I didn't fix it so I have no idea how to do this.
