The 6350 is pretty much a pre OC'd 6300. If you don't have liquid cooling or a highly efficient air flow system you are most likely running warm/hot. http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2122665/understanding-temperature-amd-cpus-apus.html

Also what Calculatron is pointing at: the amd fx series use alot of power. Your's is using 125w. So if you have a gpu using 400w and a cpu using 125w plus whatever else your running, all on a 500w psu it may be lacking sufficient power.
