Very high RAM usage (6GB/8GB) Windows 8.1 64bit

So hi guys I have problem with my PC (I have 8GB ram) It all started few days ago.. I started my computer and I saw 6,7GB of RAM used. I´ve NEVER had that much ram used. Normally without any programs running I had 2GB of ram used. I scanned my computer for viruses and everything was fine. I also looked at task manager and programs and everyhing was fine there too.
can anyone help me what to do?
(sorry for my poor english guys :) )

Have you checked what processes are causing the high ram usage in the task manager? Normally its either background processes which start automatically. Also check for the startup programs. This also happens when the disk is nearly full. Apart from that I can't think of anything else.
