Hi all,

I apologize beforehand if this was asked before, but i couldnt find any answer on the forums.

This is my situation. I have two houses together with the following configuration.

House A
- WRT54G Wireless Router with DDWRT Firmware on network 192.168.12.0/24
- ISP Cable modem connected to WAN interface
- Couple of devices connected wired and wireless

House B
- Buffalo N300 Wireless Router on Network 192.168.11.0/24
- Second Wireless Router configured as an AP to extend wireless and wired network on house B
- Third wired router (on box) just in case its needed
- ISP ADSL Connected to WAN interface
- WDMyCloud Hard Drive attached wired
- Several other devices (phones, tablets, tvs, attached ) wired and wireless

I would like to give House A access to the WDMyCloud Hard Drive located on House B network but im not really sure if its even possible with the equipment i have. I do not want to share internet so i cant create a single network.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

You will need to build a vpn between the locations.....assuming you can't run a ethernet cable. Although it depends on which feature set dd-wrt has they many times have vpn support. Basically you would build the vpn between the devices and then route the 2 networks together though the VPN.
