windows 7 freezes randomly on new rig

Just got don't building my new comp. Everything is going great. Runs like a champ and stays super cool. BUT sometimes it randomly freezes and I have no idea why. Tends to freeze when first loading application but not every time. Sometimes it runs fine without any trouble. Any ideas guys

Start by using BIOS defaults and only change settings according to your own spec, like RAM timings/voltages or using XMP profile for your RAM if it's supported. Then run Memtest86+ overnight while you sleep.
