I currently have an AMD Radeon HD 6870 GPU, the thing is im completely ditching my console and moving to PC!!

Some of my new more GPU intensive PC games have either crap FPS on high graphics or crap graphics but at high FPS

Conclusion: New Graphics card

I was advised these 3 cards
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Nvidia-GeForce-DirectCU-GDDR5-G...
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-Dual-X-Radeon-GDDR5-Gr...
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-270X-1020MHz-Express-G...

Which should i get? or if you have a better suggestion please keep it under £150 and explain why

Cheers for any help guys

Keep your CPU and Mobo. Those are still relevant, and good.
Ditch your PSU. That brand is GODAWFUL.

And then I think you might want to wait for a GTX 960, unless you want it RIGHT NOW. If so, get the GTX 760.

Ill definitely keep the CPU and the motherboard
Sorry i forgot i upgraded the PSU to a OCZ500mxsp (500W)

I would be willing to wait if you know how long roughly and would that be within my budget?

Expect within October, or even the beginning of September.
