MDComputers and flipkart are official online partners of Nvidia India.

For around 65,000 rupees you can get something like this:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Motherboard: ASRock H81M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£36.95 @ CCL Computers)

Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card (£274.99 @ Ebuyer)

You can mount 6 case fans easily in this case. Here is the fan setup I'd recommend below:
Front: 2 fans - intake
Bottom: 1 fan - intake
Side: 1 fan (lower section preferably) - intake
Rear: 1 fan - exhaust
Top: 1 fan - exhaust

Don't listen to what jijomatthew says. He is unclear and what he says will cost you a lot of money. An Asus Maximus IV Sabertooth motherboard is roughly $225 USD. No one goes with a weak i5 but with a GTX 970. And NO ONE goes around here recommending the CX750.
AKS build is the best, as long s you can use 53555 INR.

Answer his questions!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Look, my build handles stuff from high, and AKS maxes stuff out. You made very split up and unorganized posts that I can barely read. You gave advice to him which contains motherboard that costs roughly $242, and the CPU may be able to handle games, but not very well. And as I said before, who recommends CX750? It isn't the problem with the wattage, it's the quality or ability to handle loads. Also, why Zotac? It's not a top-notch brand like an Asus Strix or Gigabyte Windforce 3x.
Don't tell me I'm not from India. What I was saying is that you have low-quality posts, from all the things I comment.

look here according to tomshardware 8320 is weaker than i5 4430<4460
VS is for his budget and I told him to took GS series.)and if you recommend higher just visit through Indian stores)
Asus gtx 970 not available yet and it will surely cost higher than Zotac and only zotac gtx 970 is available here now.

So? According to PassMark, the i5 is barely better than the FX-8320.And still, no one recommends any CX PSUs above 430W.
I told him to take VS series and it is a choice for his budget.
VS is 3rd tier and tomshardware itself recommends it for those who are in tight budget and I told him to go for GS series if he has cash in hand.
I made a choice between H85 and sabertooth.(He may need SLI on future)
You can convert USD to INR but actual price is way too different.
As per ur option FX 8320 cost $200 in India.
