System sudden reboots, voltage problem?

My PC has been rebooting itself for a few weeks and I've been putting it down to overheating CPU, so I've got a new CPU cooler to solve the problem. However the PC continues to randomly shutdown and reboot itself when all the temps are normal (CPU, Mobo, GPU). One difference between now and before I changed the CPU cooler is that the reboots used to get stuck in a rebootloop and never able to restart itself. BUT post-cooler it is able to restart itself perfectly fine. However, it also reboots less frequently without the sidepanel on...

So my Q is, is this a voltage issue or what could it be? overheating other parts?

GPU- ASUS GTX770
Mobo- ASUS Maximus VII Hero
CPU- i5 4690
PSU- Corsair RM850

I strongly thing its the PSU problem try with a different PSu if you dont have one then borrow it from someone for checking.

it may be the ram test it with memtest and if you have 2 ram then try using 1 ram at a time alternately just for checking.

remove the GPU and see if the problem occurs without the GPU.

I'll try the memtest right now, also I forgot to mention, this occurs only when I'm ingame. Don't think it has happened when Im just web browsing

okk after testing the ram do a furmark test for the GPU for about 30 min or so see if you get any restarts .

I have finished with the memtest, did 26 passes without problem so I assume it's ok? For Furmark which test shall I do? Burn-in test/Burn-in benchmark test?

Ok it shutdown after 3minutes after reaching 80 oC with the sidepanels back on. Can I assume its the faulty GPU?

Ok it's been 2 weeks since this was "solved" or so I thought, I sent my 770 off for a replacement and they confirm that it is indeed overheating so I'm still waiting on a replacement. For the past week or so I've been using my friends old 560 as a temp measure, it worked perfectly fine for a week but 2 days ago it started to restart itself sometimes when in game just like before. Anyone know whats up?
