The rear fan can use the SYS_FAN1 port between the PCIE slots and the red GIGABYTE heat sink near the back edge (yes, it is four pin, but you can plug a three pin fan into it). The front fan can use the SYS_FAN4 port that is next to the multicolored system header where you plug in the power switch and power LED.
