I am looking to upgrade my rig, which is currently a very budget minded rig, starting with my motherboard and CPU. I currently have a £40 gigabyte h61 chipset motherboard, but I wish to upgrade it because I want to move to LGA 1150.
I don't mind crossfire/SLI support, and the form factor should be standard ATX. I also hope to be doing a little over-clocking,
I am not sure what CPU to get, but I am leaning toward the i5-4670k
Could you give me some ideas? I only have £150 to spend so I going cheaper would put more money towards my CPU.
Thanks :)

Humm, I was looking for something a little higher budget than that. Is there anything it is missing?/what makes it good?

High end motherboard have better thermal design more PCIE slots for SLI/CF more fan headers sata ports wifi etc. But in reality motherboard only makes other parts work a high end motherboard will not boost up the PC or gaming performance.

Thanks :)  I think the MSI Z97-GAMING 5 seems to be a viable option, I might go with that (the reviews seem good)
