My PC has been rebooting itself for a few weeks and I've been putting it down to overheating CPU, so I've got a new CPU cooler to solve the problem. However the PC continues to randomly shutdown and reboot itself when all the temps are normal (CPU, Mobo, GPU). One difference between now and before I changed the CPU cooler is that the reboots used to get stuck in a rebootloop and never able to restart itself. BUT post-new cooler it is able to restart itself perfectly fine. However, it also reboots less frequently without the sidepanel on...

GPU- ASUS GTX770
Mobo- ASUS Maximus VII Hero
CPU- i5 4690
PSU- Corsair RM850

DO you guys think this could be a voltage problem? Or is one particular part overheating?
