So I downloaded call of duty black ops, an old game, released in 2010, felt like doing some old fashioned zombie shooting, but then when I tried to run my game, I couldn't, it took nearly an hour to get to the main screen, and then it just froze. I had to try this a few times, I put this under Graphics and displays because i think my gpu is at fault but i can't be sure. Any ideas as to why this isn't working?

my build -
amd a10-5700 apu
Geforce Gtx 750 ti ftw w/ acx from evga
8 Gb of Ram
2 TB of storage from seagate
and a cx430w PSU.

Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried re-installing the game? Could be corrupt files.

Just try to verify your game cache.

Verify integrity of game cache:
Load Steam
From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.
