So my current specs are

    Fx-6300 Six-Core
    2x4gb Ripjaws X Series DDR3 1600
MSI GTX 760 2GB (Looking to buy another one for dual SLI)
    Western 500gb SATA
    Hitachi 1tb SATA
    MSI 760GM-P23

I Want to get a new mother board so i can buy another graphics card, and a new case so i can fit everything. I'm a noob with motherboards and bios if it's not clear.

More about : knowing motherboard purchase compatibility specs

Dont go for another card. Sell your current one and get yourself a stronger single-gpu card. Maybe wait until mid october/november for the GTX 960 to launch. Also your CPU will be bottlenecking.

It is 4GB x 2GB (SLI math:2GB+2GB=2GB). It is already a important upgrade consideration.

The thing is that GTX 970 4GB will be always great for 1080p gaming. No matter what game you play.

Is SLI GTX 760 bad? Absolutely not. Is it a bad decision? Maybe. GTX 970 upgrade is by far the easiest way.

I hope it helps :)
