How to control my PC before OS load though my android device

First of all, sorry if this is the wrong section

This is also all LAN only with my PC being wired to my router

I need to be able to control my keyboard during the POST screen, BIOS settings, GRUB boot loader and Windows 7 duel-boot screen all with display (if possible) as it would help if I need to restart my system without having to go to my PC constently

My processer is the Intel i7 2600k (No Vpro on it) and my motherboard is a BIOSTAR TZ77B

Don't know about the android support but what you want is called a KVM but you need one that has the ability to run over a network. A number of companies build these the key issues is getting reasonable video response though the network. It is normally used to control multiple machines in a remote data center so they are not cheap devices.
This is why servers have ILO ports on them makes life a lot easier.

That makes a lot of sense, well I learnt something new but it's not what I'm looking for (Controlling multiple systems with one master set of peripherals), thanks for the info anyway
