I first installed my SSD and it was running really quick but then I installed my HDD and set it as active partition which slowed down my SSD speed by a lot. Both of the storage drives are set as primary partitions. I want my HDD as a secondary or whatever it's called. How do I do this?

Solution
The active partition is where the the bootloader thinks that the OS resides, so it will first look at the HDD and cause your issue. Unmark the HDD as active by making the correct partition active -- the SSD SRP should be marked as the active partition.

HERE is information on marking partitions as active.

I have no noticed any difference in performance after changing the SSD to active. Might have to restart.

Either you trolled me or didn't know but this was the worst thing I could of done. I had to reinstall everything because I had to format my SSD because my PC couldn't read the SSD since it was a dynamic disk. So I'm still stuck with this slow speed.
