Will use it for gaming and some development work.

Would spend around 650$.
I hope I posted this in the right place :)

get the hyper 212 evo instead of the thermaltake cooler .
You dont need a 620 watt psu for r9 270x so a 520 watt would be just fine even if you OC the processor and GPU.

I left the 620W PSU,although it isn't really needed,a 550W PSU is enough, but it allows for future upgrades and it's really cheap.
120GB SSD included.
Really good,but cheap mobo.
You may also need a BIOS update, but that shouldn't be too difficult to do. :)

yes at the same price and as plywrlw have mentioned the r9 280 is just 10 $ more than the r9 270x so get that it has 3 gb vram and much more future proofing than r9 270x.

I wouldn't even waste money on a CPU cooler right now. You cannot overclock that CPU and it will not run hot at all. It is just a waste of money.

why can't I overclock the CPU? fx 6300 are not overclock-able?

I was looking at the other build posted. My bad.

Get the 212 EVO for sure. Better than that thermaltake.
