Help with my Sound software please!!

Hi all, first time here. I am going to try to explain with most details of my problem. Here we go, at the bottom where the time is there a little speaker icon with x on it when i hub over it say " No Audio Output Device is installed.". Not to long ago I upgrade my PC graphic Card AMD Radeon R7 200 Series I had it plug in to an HDMI to my TV. So I switch back to an VGA to my normal PC monitor so my roommate can use the TV for his PS4 now I have no sound. I try everything I google the problem I followed and notting isnt working, i trying plugging in headphone in the front and back notting I did all the troubleshooting (install realtek again notting) notting I try to uninstall AMD HD audio device it just reinstall it self again. Please help I just want to use the sound on my monitor or headphone again
