My gaming rig says that it's connected to my home network but I have no internet access. I have a copy of my registry from about a month ago, should I try installing that? Also I am not on wifi, just on an ethernet straight from PC to router. Thanks for any help.

Never randomly revert your registry.
If you have nothing to point to registry change that messed up settings, then dont change your registry.
Does any other PC have internet access.
And FYI your network is your connection to the router, which is fine. Your issue is your routers connection to the internet. Which could be caused by an internet outage. It is not that common to have good network connection but no internet connection and it be the fault of the computer.
Have you restarted your modem and router yet?
