What is the limit overclock for a 4690k

How far can u overclock a 4690k i5 cpu and still be safe? Ill be using an h100i liquid cooler so heat shouldnt be an issue but how far can i go and still be safe? Ill be using the integrated graphics for now and an m2 850w cooler master PSU if this helps

There is no set amount.

Simply raise the core clocks by .1GHz each time, and see if its stable and not overheating. Once you hit instability back it down to stable clocks, then run stress tests.
