How many PCI-E do I plug in?

I have the RAdeon HD 270x and two PCI-E cords. Do I plug in both of them or just 1?

You will need to connect the same number of cords as the card has plugs. If it has 2 6-pin connectors, you need them both connected.

You mean 2 6-pin connectors. On the GPU correct? There are no 4-pin connectors on GPUs.

YEs, you need both connected with the 6-pin cables from the PSU.
