except for the psu, not the greatest and not something you want to cheap out on. For around $70 you can get a fully modular 620W SeaSonic psu, that has a lot better reliability.
And why two HDD's? A SSD or M.2 SSD and a HDD would be better.

You'd be better off with a higher quality psu. Any of these are better

Not necessarily, it just means it's energy efficient. The CS units use cheap capacitors and the soldering isn't great. The PSU's I suggested are all made by either Seasonic or superflower who are both great OEM's
Oh, and the capstone I recommended is gold if energy efficiency is an important factor in your build

CX and CS are designed for office and web browsing pcs, not for high performance gaming rigs, even corsair says that.
