You dont need a wrist strap if you ground yourself before touching the motherboard .

And get a xfx or seasonic 550 or 520 watt PSU you need a 500 watt PSU at max.

yes every thing else looks fine to me and yes you will aslo need an after market cooler for the CPU if you OC the CPu the AMD stock coolers are crappy and noisy and not suitable for OC i would recommend the hyper 212 evo make sure the case has a cpu cooler clearance of 160mm or more if not then get the hyper t3x evo .
