It would be easy to answer if you provided the make / model of your MoBo .... that way we could point you to the appropriate page in your MoBo manual. I suspect it's the BISO switch (BIOS 1 / BIOS 2)

They are probably switches to change the BIOS. I would guess this motherboard comes tih 2 BIOS chips.
