ATI 290 Should I get PCS+Powercoler or the sapphire 290 tri-X

My system is a:
Corsair Vengeance 70 - case
Asus Maximus Hero 7 - Motherboard
i5 4670k 3.4 - Processor
Cooler Master RS-650-PCAR-E3 (current - power supply with or after GPU) non module
1333 samsung x 4 @ 2gb (current - ram Last to be updated maybe even a SSD before)
Seagate Barricude 2tb - HDD
XFX HD 5770 ATI card (current card next to be replaced)

ATI 290 Should I get PCS+Powercoler or the sapphire 290 tri-X? same price in canada, or a better card for around 420canadian?

Can you get the GTX 970 for the same price or less where you are?
Because it's pretty much the same as and/or 9/10 better, using nearly half the wattage - and it's really not priced that differently either.

Unless AMD had a massive price cut since I last looked.

In answer to your question - The Tri-X is probably one of the best if not the best 290 series card to buy.
Keep in mind it uses quite a significant amount of power.
