Main boot drive won't show up in boot menu (Windows 7)

I failed at an attempt at Overclocking and restored the default settings. As a result, my boot menu got messed up, and now I'm getting an error message asking me what Windows 7 I want to boot (I have Win7 on my SSD as a main boot and HDD as backup). If I choose the SSD, it says it can't load Winows because it is missing the proper device. I go back to the Bios, and I can sucessfully boot Windows through my SSD manually, but I have to do this everytime to get in. The option for the SSD has disappeared from the menu altogether. How do I fix this?? I would really appreciate help, I'm freaking out and I can't afford to reinstall. I'm using version 1016 Bios for Sabertooth Z77. As stated, I can only boot through my SSD via Boot Override. Is it possible that the Bios, since I restored settings, is detecting my SSD and HDD as system drives and is this why the error is happening?

I had a similar problem and here is what worked for me.

First, be sure that everything critical is backed up. I don't consider a Windows installation to be "critical" as it can always be reinstalled from the installation media.

Next, go to Start>Run>cmd>msconfig>Enter

Go to the "Boot" tab and select it. There you should see all of your Windows installations. Highlight the one that you want to boot from and click on the radio button that says "Set as default". Click on "OK". Reboot and see if it worked.

I'm on MSconfig. Under boot is my main drive, nothing else. The set as default is grayed out, no way to choose it.
