More specifically the RAM, and graphics card. I'm not completely sure what components I should be looking for or even spending money on, it'd literally break my heart at this point if I was to go out and pay $100 on a new piece of equipment and not have it work.

Here are the specs of my system.

Solution
looks like your motherboard will handle up to 4gb ddr2 ram.i would max out the ram and go with the hd7750 gpu.i would also install a 64bit version of windows to utilize all 4gb of ram.the product key on your computer is good for both 32 and 64bit windows so no need to purchase new os.this is an old machine so be careful how much you spend for only moderate gain.ddr2 ram is pricey as well.
