Is my rig futureproof?

Your system should be fine till 2015 
Since there are no recommended speccs for GTA V out yet, i guess you could play it on med-high settings with that rig. Guess the 3gig vram on your gpu could limitate if it comes to high-res-textures or ultra settings. but as long as your resolution doesnt go over 1080p you should be fine.
eventually since the new consoles got 8 core apus, upcoming games will benefit from it and the games will be developed with 8 core support. but thats something only the future can tell
p.s. i also hope for this in the future because i got myself a xeon e3 1231v3 yesterday
