Yesterday, I was 'spring cleaning' my laptop. I opened it in order to clean it. I put it all back together, and turned it on. It was running much more smoothly than it was before. I was going through my laptop's drivers, and noticed that there was 2 graphics card drivers, both with different names. I figured that one of them shouldn't be there, so I removed the older one. My computer was then running fine, until I turned it off. When I turned it back on, the fans started, as if it was booting normally, but there was no display. No backlight or anything. My caps lock key was blinking twice, then going off for a bit, the blinking twice, etc. I looked on the HP website, and it told me that there was a BIOS corruption error. I looked on other forums, and their solutions have not worked for me. If anyone could help, that'd be greatly appreciated.

Things I have tried
- Held power button down or 60 seconds with no power cord or battery, then starting again with those two intact.
- Removing RAM and putting it into another slot, testing it in that slot.

Also, if it is a BIOS corruption, how do I fix it. Also, did the uninstall of the graphics driver break anything?

Thanks for helping!
