NZXT vs BitFenix fans

Both are around the same price range. I am considering between these two fans just to fill in the extra fan slots in my case. Planning to put these as a top exhaust for my H440. I cannot afford Corsair or Noctua so can someone please verify if these are decent fans?

The Phanteks fan above is a 140mm fan w/ 120mm mounting holes, SP140 is the same fan w/ 140mm mounting holes and it's $10 after $5 MIR .... every once and a while newegg has then for $10 w/o the rebate
