Can you specify what this is built for? If gaming then you don't need a i7 and other tweaks could be done.

I'd grab the Asus mobo instead. Then up the SSD to a higher capacity. Swap the liquid cooler for Corsair and change their fans to make it quieter. Lastly, a better quality PSU.

I might change the cooler, I think people have had bad experiences with the cm aio liquuid coolers. I would get a different power supply as the RM 850 is a tier 3 on this list http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html, with a build of that level i would be going for a tier one or 2A psu. The RM 850 is very expensive for the quality of parts in it
