I would not bother to overclock with that card, your results would not be great for the effort. I would advise you to buy a higher Nvidia card to get your performance gain.

I would agree to the user above, there may be a point but is the point worth that small improvement that you may not even see, no. I would invest as again said above in a better graphics card.
