I've been saving up for quite a while now and initially I was shooting for the GTX 770 (and I bought my parts specifically to cater to it) but with the GTX 970's arrival I wanted to see if my chassis, PSU, and motherboard are up to par with handling it. My specs:

Motherboard: Z97 Gaming 5
Chassis: Phantom 410
Power Supply: Corsair 750M

What is your processor? I'm going to guess a I5 or a I7, if so than most definitely :)

I have an i5 processor, but I left that out as I thought it was kinda insignificant as a requirement. But what I'm really worried about is my chassis. Do you think the GTX 970 would fit in it?

Your case features a removable HDD Cage, If it doesn't fit with the HDD Cage in, remove it :D

You are all set otherwise. Go forth and conquer :p
