The MSI or EVGA model's would be the best IMO. The MSI being a hawk edition could OC like a bat out of hell, and EVGA just for overall good performance.

I have an EVGA reference 760 myself, and it's an outstanding piece of hardware, and I wouldn't hesistate for a moment to buy a second if I had room for it. Following them, Asus and MSI are generally the runners-up; I've owned numerous MSI motherboards (am running an MSI H97I-AC right now) and all of them have been absolutely solid. You won't go wrong with one of those three brands.

A lot of people like Gigabyte, but I've been avoiding them since an absolutely awful problem in the past. No experience with Zotac, though they seem to be a fairly reputable manufacturer with a decent warranty. PNY seems to be hit-and-miss these days.

Just my opinion - take it for what it's worth. :)
