I want to have a good, fairly priced PC that is somewhere around $650, but I don't know where to start the build other than knowing it's mainly about the cpu and motherboard. I'm looking for a PC that can handle skype, eclipse, and a game like Watch Dogs that can still hold 60-30 fps(preferably) at a nice pace. Any nice and non-wallet breaking builds would be fantastic and a great help.

Need OS or monitor in that $650? This build can overclock and beat all i3s. And it will max out most games at 1080p.

Glad to help. The above build will be awesome and the components are great quality. Some will complain about the CX psu but it's not that bad and on your budget it is a good choice.
