i have 10pc's in my room and they are connected by router now, i have 1 BSNL Broad Band connection, now i want to share internet to 10 PC along with 100KBps speed so what can i do?

A standard router will share the connection between all the machines. It is close to impossible to evenly divide the traffic between them. Although there are specialized devices to load balance the traffic when you talk about such a tiny amount of bandwidth the overhead involved tends to make the systems unusable.
