how to unlock amd cpu on laptop

i would like to overclock my cpu but its locked and theres nothing in the bios can i unlock it so i can overclock. please help and i know the risk of overclocking a laptop.

Having owned an AMD APU based laptop and an intel based laptop I can confirm Blackbirds statement. You cannot overclock those machines as there is literally no hardware or software allowance for it. The chips and motherboards are generally made to very tight thermal specifications and thus are built without the ability to be overclocked. Some older intel models came with the ability to physically swap out the CPU, an option that just isn't available anymore.
