I diddnt noticed that my logitech g35 headset wire is badly twisted and got a part of it on which the bent cable is coming out from the overstretched sleeves..

Any suggestions on how do I fix this one? If possible, I don't want to cut the part of the torn sleeves because the threads from it might rip apart and go crazy..

Think you can possibly just straighten it out and wrap it in some tape? Doesn't look like there is anything all that wrong with it, the wire is still intact and the torn sleeve shouldn't affect its functionality. It can definitely be annoying and a little unsightly though.

Thanks for the reply, its really to hard straighten it up.. I even tried using pliers to push back the wire into the sleeves.. Im thinking of cutting the torn sleeves and use a large heatshrink than can fit the usb end and shrink upto the size of the wire to cover it up and prevent the sleeve from fraying..
Does anyone know where can i buy that type of heatshrink? The highest compression ratio heatshrink i found as 4:1

There is actually no purpose to the wrapped cable, its a standard USB cable under it.

If you do want to repair it, almost any shrink tubing will work. I havent found any over 4:1, I personally have some ~2:1 laying around and it works well enough.

(I own G35s, and I have 3 friends who simply pulled the sleeving off the cables of theirs)
